Communities Built Around Shared Experiences
Ramah Digital Circles are intended to bring people together around shared interests, relationships, destinations, and experiences. The ecosystem includes Ramah Official Circles, Private Circles, Creator Circles, Community or Public Circles, and Partner Circles.
Private Circles may include family, friends, organizational or corporate, and designated Elite arrangements.

Membership
Circle participation may be free or paid, depending on the applicable Circle and membership conditions. Users should be informed of any charges before joining a paid Circle.

Creator-Owned Membership Fees
Eligible Circle owners may charge membership fees under the applicable platform rules. Such fees are distinct from any Ramah Digital platform subscription or gateway requirement.

Promotional Access
Any promotional waiver of a platform subscription must specify its start date, end date, eligibility, and what happens when the promotional period expires. A promotional waiver does not automatically eliminate fees charged by independent Circle owners.

Community Conduct
Members must respect privacy, avoid harassment, and refrain from fraudulent or unlawful activity. Circle administrators must not misrepresent membership benefits or collect unauthorized payments.

Paid Memberships
Paid membership terms must clearly describe the price, billing period, renewal conditions, cancellation process, and refund rules. Automatic renewal must not be implemented without the necessary disclosures and valid authorization.

Moderation
Ramah Digital may take proportionate action against serious violations of community standards, subject to applicable procedures and law.
