01
Building Trust Through Responsible Partnerships
Ramah Digital works with hospitality businesses and experience providers that make destinations worth discovering. Partners are essential participants in our ecosystem.
Their responsibilities include providing accurate information, honoring confirmed reservations, delivering services professionally, maintaining appropriate safety standards, and complying with applicable laws.
02
Listings and Representations
Partners must provide accurate descriptions, genuine images, current prices, and truthful information about facilities and services. They must not advertise unavailable offerings or materially misrepresent their properties or experiences.
03
Availability and Reservations
Partners are responsible for keeping inventory reasonably accurate and responding appropriately to confirmed reservations. If an operational issue prevents fulfillment, the partner must promptly communicate the problem and cooperate in resolving it.
04
Commercial Terms
Commission rates, promotional periods, membership fees, payment obligations, and settlement procedures must be established in the applicable Partner Agreement. No commission or fee should be imposed solely on the basis of a general marketing statement.
05
Customer Treatment
Partners must treat customers fairly and provide services consistent with the agreed booking terms.
06
Compliance and Safety
Partners are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance where required, staff qualifications, and compliance with applicable hospitality, tourism, health, safety, and consumer laws.
07
Data Handling
Partners may use customer information received through Ramah Digital only for authorized purposes, including fulfilling bookings and related lawful obligations. Unauthorized resale, disclosure, or misuse of customer information is prohibited.
08
Partnership Integrity
Ramah Digital may review credible complaints and take proportionate action where serious violations occur. The full Partner Agreement must specify commercial obligations, termination, dispute procedures, applicable law, and responsibility for claims.
